When you book a consultation, subscribe or contact us, we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, birth details and message. We also collect basic usage data, such as the pages you visit and your device type.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website, take payments or send email, and only as far as those tasks need it, or when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, or as the law requires, and then delete it securely.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time.

•You must provide us with complete and accurate payment information. You can pay by either credit or debit card through your bank's internet payment gateway. By submitting credit or debit card payment details to MysBlavatsky you warrant that you are entitled to purchase the services using those payment details. In the case of unauthorised payments MysBlavatsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the online services. If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your purchase to any paid-for services.

•MysBlavatsky will try to process your purchase promptly but does not guarantee that the paid services will be available to you by any specified time. A contract with you for receipt of the paid services will come into effect when MysBlavatsky sends you an email message confirming your payment details.

•MysBlavatsky will charge you in Indian rupees (INR), and any payment in other any other currency will be calculated at the relevant rates of exchange. You may also have to pay any applicable local taxes. MysBlavatsky will not entertain any dispute about the rate at which your currency is converted into Indian rupees since these transactions are determined through the agreements our payment gateway partners has with banks and credit card companies.

1.Reports and soft copies of reports will be delivered as an attachment in pdf format to the email id provided by the purchaser within the duration declared on the service.

2.Custom reports from astrology consultants will be delivered as an attachment in pdf or MS Word format to the email id provided by the purchaser within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days.

3.Hardcopies of reports will be not be mailed as there is no shipping involved.

1.MysBlavatsky does not provide refunds for reports that have been generated. In case of errors on the part of MysBlavatsky, a corrected report will be sent to the purchaser on receipt of the compliant by the purchaser to the MysBlavatsky support team via telephone or email.

2.In the rare instance of the purchaser not receiving the reports in the maximum time specified in the 'Delivery of Services' section above, a refund will be provided to the purchaser within 2 (two) working days on receipt of the compliant by the purchaser to the MysBlavatsky support team via telephone or email.

3.The refunded amount will be the full cost (100% of the price) of the specific report that was not received by the purchaser. MysBlavatsky will not be liable for any additional costs.
